Monday: Pad See Ew – I’ve never made this before! So I’ll let you know how it goes and if I make any changes. GET PUMPED because Pad See Ew is possibly the best dish in the world, so if this goes well it will be life-changing. – – – Update: The verdict is that it’s pretty life-changing. Go make it!
Tuesday: Bacon Broccoli Macaroni and Cheese
Wednesday: Mongolian Beef
Thursday: Breakfast tacos
Friday: Leftovers/clean out the fridge
Saturday: Leaving for the beach!
You may have noticed that instead of cooking on Saturday, I’m leaving for the beach! That means there will be no meal plan for next week. I’ll be on vacation, bro!
