DIY Vegetable Stock

INGREDIENTS:

  • Vegetable scraps
  • Water

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Throw your vegetable scraps in a pot with cold water.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 4-8 hours, adding water as the level gets low.

This was before adding water. You want your scraps to be covered as much as possible.
